Day 0: Fitness Test

InsanityI decided to post some of my results up here, more to keep me accountable than anything.

I’ve also published my tracker on this page (click here).

The results were fine at the outset but slowly whittled away as the test kicked my butt:

98   Switch Kicks

48   Power Jacks

78   Power Knees

33   Power Jumps

5    Globe Jumps

12   Suicide Jumps

13   Push-up Jacks

27   Low Plan Obliques

I’m excited, though – if I can improve on those and pump up my cardio beyond “beach volleyball” levels I’ll call it a success.
